There's this show on The Discovery Channel called "Pickers". Essentially it's these two guys that travel across the country buying other people's stuff and transforming it into somethig fabulous. That's kinda what I felt like this past Sunday at the Tremont Yard sale. There was so much stuff there; lots of fantastic pottery, old records, jewelry, and two vintange fire extinguishers, which were definitely the coolest items available. I was on a more strategic search though; I was looking for an umbrella stand. And lo and behold, I found it, and a cool vase; both for a whopping $7! I love yard sales!!!!!
