Friday Five 6.20.2019

Even though I’ve cut my Amazon purchases way down in 2019, I’ve bought some recent favorites that I thought I would share with you in today’s Friday Five. These have all been presented in the order that I’ve received them, with the most recent at the top.

This post contains affiliate links which means that I receive a tiny commission if you use the links below for your purchases. This does not impact the price you pay in any way.

I’m having a moment with cute barrettes (see my prior pearl clip obsession, which I still own and wear frequently). It’s an easy way to add a little something to my outfit with minimal effort.

I’m still on my mission to reduce single-use plastic, and this super cute collapsible straw (that comes with a cleaning brush) is a game changer. So easy to stick in my purse and use whenever I need it!

I’ve talked about my sun allergy before, and this year I’m not fighting it anymore. So when I’m out in the sun, I’m usually wearing a hat, and this folding one is chic and functional. It also has a built in sizer, so you can adjust it to be smaller if necessary.

Once it stops raining, it will be beach season. This high waist bikini is super flattering and a steal at under $20. However, I can’t take credit for finding this piece - thanks to my friend Suzanne for influencing me on this one.

My sabbatical uniform is pretty much yoga pants every day. And frankly, you can’t have too many. My friend Nadine talked about her lululemon dupe yoga pants in her instastories, and I had to explore. And then I saw these, made by the same company, that had pockets and I was sold! These yoga pants are under $25 and absolutely live up to their more expensive rivals (did I mention pockets?).

Happy shopping!
